I joined Dale ten years ago as Financial Manager, driven by a desire to contribute to a company known for its integrity, professionalism, and unwavering client service. From the very first day, it was clear that Dale was more than a workplace, it was a community. The culture here fosters accountability, collaboration, and a genuine care for both our clients and colleagues. It’s a place where your ideas are valued and where growth is nurtured. |

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the firm. In 2022, I was appointed Financial Director, a milestone that was both humbling and motivating. This role has deepened my involvement in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring our operations remain robust, compliant, and aligned with our long-term vision. Working closely with our leadership team, I’ve witnessed firsthand the dedication that goes into ensuring we continue to deliver excellence and value to our clients. |

As we are celebrating the 25 years of existence of Dale International Trust Company Limited this August 2025, I must say that I really feel proud to have joined Dale’s family 19 years ago. It has been a long and fruitful journey. I am lucky to find the right career path by choosing to work at this company. There have been many ups and downs and challenges to overcome over these 19 years of course, but I am still determined to persevere in helping the company to grow successfully. From the beginning, I was encouraged to grow, to challenge myself, and to contribute to the company’s progress. That culture of trust and empowerment has been central to my journey and is something I now take pride in passing on to others. |

My journey at the company started in January 2006 as an Administrator and has since taken me through several key roles, including Senior Administration Officer, Assistant to Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operating Officer , Operational Manager, Compliance Officer & Reporting Officer at RV&BEP Services Ltd (Sister company of Dale Trust) in Seychelles for 3 years, and now, Operations Director at Dale International Trust Company Limited. |

Whilst the Company is celebrating its silver jubilee, I have and am still witnessing theremarkable growth of the company and my own professional development alongside it.Reaching this milestone is a powerful testament to the enduring strength, stability, and vision that have guided the company since its inception. |
|
The company’s culture is that it values hard work, nurtures talent, and fosters continuous learning. It ensures that employees excel in both their professional and personal lives and the management expects the employees to show a high level of professionalism, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
